In addition to Full Hookups (30amp Power, Water and Sewer), it has everything that your family needs to ensure an enjoyable camping experience:  Master’s Bedroom in complete privacy solid bedroom doors has 1 queen bed, perfect for couples.  Pullout Sofa and Dinette Beds for children of all ages. Sleeps up to 6, 2 on the queen bed, 2 on the Pullout Sofa Bed and 2 on the Dinette.  Fully equipped with 6-gallon Gas/Electric DSI Water Heater, centralized air conditioning system (15,000 BTU) with quick cool air dump, Gas Furnace and Electric Fireplace in the living/dining area.  The Super Kitchen has 11 cubic feet of Black Stainless Steel Residential Refrigerator with travel Lock, Chef Select Black Stainless Steel Kitchen Suite Package, LG Solid Surface Countertops, Stainless Steel Sink, Sink Cover, Residential Pullout Faucet, Kitchen Skylight with Shade, Solid Wood Cabinet Doors, Stove with lighted Oven, Microwave and much more.  Full body shower with bi-sliding doors and skylight and toilet with vanity in complete privacy enclosed with solid doors.  Fresh Water Capacity of 40 gallons, Grey Water Capacity of 38 gallons and Black Water Capacity of 38 gallons.  Full Entertainment System with 8” Ceiling Mounted Subwoofer with Accent Lights, Cherokee Total Control App & Remote Control System, LED Interior Lights, LED Strip Lighting, Upgraded Sofa with Bolster Armrests and USB Charging Stations surrounded by Designer Fabric, Real Blackout Glass and Light Filtering Zebra Blinds.  The exterior, 29 feet in Length, 96 inches in Width and 10 feet 6 inches in Height, has 4-corner Power Travel Trailer Stabilizer Jacks, Exterior Folding Assist Grab Handle, Outside Shower with Hot & Cold Water, Outside TV Bracket & Hookups, 15 feet Power Awning, RV Grill Quick Connect, Back-Up Camera, Exterior LED Strip Lighting, Exterior Porch Scare Light and Flip Down Travel Rack.  The Juice Pack consists of a 50W Roof Mount Solar Panel, Series 27 Battery, Battery Box, Battery Disconnect, Volt Meter and 30 AMP Solar Charger.  This unit is only 5431 lbs Dry Weight, 7695 lbs GVWR and 608 lbs Hitch Weight and can be towed by Full-Size SUV with an average tow capacity of 7200 lbs or a Half-ton truck with an average tow capacity of 8500 lbs. I am flexible on pick-up and drop-off. Please advise at booking of your desired times between 7 am and 10 pm and we will make every effort to accommodate. Please note the following for your convenience: *If camping in sites without power hookup, though it has a juice pack, the battery may not last if fridge is needed. I have 4125/3300 watts inverter generator available in the Add-on. It is more than enough to run all electronics including the AC. It is gas, remote start and noise level is below campground 60dB requirement. Select “4125/3300 Watts Inverter Generator” Add-on upon booking if desired. Please be mindful that campsites may only allow generators 1 hour in the morning and 2 hours in the evening. Hence, charging of gadgets and use of the entertainment system (AM/FM radio, TV), AC, Fridge must be done only while the geneator is running and stop them once the generator is shut off. This is to conserve battery power to ensure there is enough left for the furnace at night or whenever needed until the generator can be ran again to fully recharge the battery.  Each rental will be provided with fitted sheets for all the beds, dishes, cutlery for 6, 2 camping chairs, pot/pan and cooking utensils.  I will provide two (2) 20 lb propane tanks per rental. Please refill before returning or select the Add-on Propane Refill Prepayment and I will refill them for you. Additional charges may apply when refilling or adding Propane Refill Prepayment were not done.  We will make every attempt to have the fridge running and pre-cooled before you arrive.  If the "Tank Emptying Add-on" is selected, we will take care of it at the end of your trip.  If the "Fill Fresh Water Add-on" is selected, please be aware that this will add about 300 lbs of towing weight.  To tow the trailer, you MUST have 7-pin wiring. The 4-pin wiring does not allow the trailer brakes to work and AB law requires working trailer brakes for all trailers over 1,500 lbs.  A brake controller is also required to tow safely. We can provide one free of charge if requested at the time of booking. There is a $400 replacement fee if it is not returned (that's how much they cost).  Our Cleaning/Prep Fee covers toilet paper, cleaning and sanitizing between rentals, some cleaning supplies and everything you require to tow and hook up the trailer at the campsite safely. At the end of the rental, we ask that the trailer be returned free of personal effects and reasonably tidy. We don't require cleaning it thoroughly as we will clean and sanitize it anyway.
