26 foot half ton towable with room to sleep 8. Insulated for cooler months, but also has air conditioning. RV queen bed in separate bedroom with pocket door. There is storage on each side for clothes and underneath half of the bed. There is a kitchen with 3 burner stove, oven ( I baked a birthday cake once), microwave and fridge/ freezer combination. We use the closet beside the fridge for food storage. There is single bunks with lights and a curtain. There is a fold out sofa and a u shaped dinette that can also be made into a bed. There is a tv/ dvd player that rotates between the bedroom and common space There is eating utensils for 4. We have also included the following: 2x camping chair 2x side mirror extender 1x water bottle with pump 2x water hose 1x light 1x axe 3x hot dog stick 1x Keurig coffee machine 1x indoor electric heater 1x fan 2x X-chock + wrench 1x power adapter 1x extension cord 1x power tongue jack manual crank handle 1x blue ox swapro hitch kit + wrench 2x stabilizer crank handle 1x emergency triangle 4x wheel chocks stabilizer blocks Please note that my children have severe asthma/ allergies so there is absolutely no smoking in the trailer of any kind. We have a small hypoallergenic, non-shedding dog who has been in the trailer occasionally. We may consider another such dog but aside from that there is to be no pets. There is a free dump station at our storage facility. We ask that ALL tanks be emptied prior to returning the trailer. Failure to do so will result in a $250.00 charge. Delivery is NOT available for this unit. Renters must have prior experience with towing and setting up a trailer
