2021 Trailer – Friends & Family Adventurer

Our 2021 KZ Connect sleeps up to 8, with a private full queen master bedroom, 2 double bunk beds and a dinette area that can be converted into a double. We also rent our truck if you need through turo. Ask for details!! Full kitchen fully stocked with cookware, cutlery & dishes with a fridge/freezer that would put some residential units to shame! Plus an outdoor kitchen that includes a smaller beer fridge and propane gas griddle. Full Bathroom with sink, toilet, tub and shower and the unit also has an outdoor shower to give your fur (or furless) babies a quick rinse off. The trailer also includes interior and exterior Bluetooth speakers and a 32” TV for those rainy days or wind down evenings. The trailer also has WIFI connect capabilities. Our trailer is 29’ long and is half-ton towable and comes with an Anderson Hitch anti-sway system, GVWR is 6800lbs. ++Due to COVID-19 we will be implementing an 80 cleaning fee for the safety of our guests and as well as our own. The trailer will be thoroughly disinfected between rentals ++Trailer is winterized from October to March so water and septic systems will be unusable for the duration of that time. We also will include at no extra cost: - Outdoor rug for under the awning - 4 rolls of RV toilet paper for the septic system and chemicals for the system (if on a longer rental you will have to get what you need. Available at Canadian Tire and Walmart.) - kettle and coffee percolator What you need to bring: - Pillows, sheets, towels comforters - Food, paper towels, bug spray, sunscreen and all the camping essentials Avoidable Fees - Cleaning Fee $100.00, we will not charge if the trailer is returned in the same condition it was rented in. - Late Fees $25/hour, if you are late to the agreed-upon pickup/delivery or return. We are reasonable about this but would need some advance notice. - Fumigation Fee $500, please DO NOT smoke in our trailer, including tobacco, marijuana, vaporizers & hard drugs. We think it should go without saying crack but… no crack. - Pet damage will be charged over and above any cleaning fees. The trailer is great for dry camping too! WE DO NOT ALLOW CROWN CAMPING/BOON DOCKING. We are friendly to all including those of the LGBTQ+ community.
