Great unit at 28 feet its just the perfect size. Unit has a onboard generator great for producing power for air-conditioner and all the essentials. Unit has 2 tvs great for rainy days or to keep the kids busy. Unit has a nice private bedroom, the couch fold down and can sleep 1 person table can also fold down and sleep 2 kids there a queen bed above the cab that can sleep 2 adults. Comes with camping chairs and roasting sticks comes with small outside portable butane stove does not include butane * This unit is smoke free and does not allow pets. * PICK UP TIME is 3 30 pm or later and drop off is by noon unless otherwise agreed upon. * This unit is full of gas and propane prior to being rented unit is to be filled back to the original gas and propane before return. Only choose pre payment add on if it will not be filled back up before return. *Please return rv clean inside and out 100dollar fee for unit brought back in dirty condition. Generator can be run for up to 5 hours a day max ever extra hours is 5 dollars a hour
