Beautiful Flagstaff Tent Trailer

Incredible host nice and clean. Excellent customer service helping get on the road at pick also at drop off very friendly and helpful.

Pawan was pleasant to deal with, though, he did not get the trailer ready for the trip. He messaged the day before the trip should start and asked if I’d like to pick the trailer up that night. I got the address, and when I went to pick it up, he was not home and said I didn’t tell him I was coming, despite asking for the address. I return the next morning, and the trailer is popped up, so I can see inside, it’s clean, and he tells me that the lights aren’t working according to the last renter and gave us a very small lantern to use instead. I fixed the lights while we were camping, it was a bad fuse. When we got to the camp site I messaged pawan to ask if the fridge was working, he said yes, though While camping the fridge wasn’t getting cold. So I had to buy ice everyday. I asked pawan for a reimbursement of 25$ a day totalling 75$. He refused stating he only gets a small cut of the total cost . Even though part of the service goes to the owner to have the trailer ready for use( lights and fridge working) So I wouldn’t rent this trailer again, even though the bed was fine, and it was warm and dry. But the owner mucked about, wasted my time and cost me extra $$$.

We were very happy with the trailer and had no issues with it. Pawan was super helpful and flexible about pickup and drop off times.
