Welcome to your favorite trailer to make only the best memories in. Family friendly with double over double bunks, the dinette folds into a bed sleeping 1-2 and the couch turns into a bed sleeping another 1-2 (shorter) people. The master has its own entrance and privacy sliding door, with an upgraded queen bed. The fireplace puts off alot of heat, or you can use the furnace. AC cools the whole trailer in the summer too. Upgraded heavy duty steps lead you into the main area that is open and bright. There is a tv (not pictured) it is not a smart tv but you can bring your Nintendo switch or game console. I do not have a dvd player but have an adaptor for iPhones. Linens are supplied - pls choose the add on ($0) so I know to have them ready for you as some renters bring their own. (Pillows, comforter, sheets, towels) Included: cutlery, plates, bowls, frying pans, pots, cooking utensils, kettle, and toaster. Dish soap, hand soap, dish sponge, hand towels. Counter top ice maker, toilet paper, broom What to bring: bug spray, sunscreen, toiletries, food, drinking water, Please inquire if you don’t know whether you need something or not. There’s a chance I missed it on my list ! This is a 50amp trailer - note that if used in a campground to book a 30 or 50amp site to ensure no power issues.
