It is fully set up with anything you need for a great camping trip! Including paper plates & cutlery, cookware, cleaning supplies, RV toilet paper and tank treatment, a large outdoor mat, outdoor camping chairs, and more. This unit has an outdoor kitchen area with a wet bar sink, mount and gas hook-up for the BBQ (also included!) There is a large pantry, two closets, large under bunk compartment, and under bed storage. Our unit is non-smoking, and is cleaned and inspected by registered RV technicians, regularly.
