Very lightly used 2003 Travel trailer, Half ton towable. **NO Smoking** Secure storage box on the back for hauling your camping supplies, chairs, generator etc. Comes with 20' 30-amp RV plug + 120v 15 amp dogbone adapter. Can run the A/C on a 3,000W generator, works awesome Heat is from the 19,000 BTU propane furnace, also works awesome for those chilly nights. **The furnace is the number one consumer of both propane AND battery power. If it's below 10c with no generator or shore power it will drain the batteries in 24 hours. If only using the propane for the furnace, no cooking or fridge, you can expect a 7-10 days of supply from the (2) 30 lbs tanks. Battery charges while driving as well as when camper is plugged into generator/shore power. Water tank can be emptied for weight saving (600lbs), Renter still responsible for dumping grey/black water tanks. Fridge/freezer can take 2-3 days to cool (normal) and must be on a level surface to satisfy safety switch. Can be ran on propane+battery(1 day) or by the 120v cord from your generator/shore power New tires last year and a spare.
