Well kept 31ft class C motorhome. Has back up camera. Easy to drive and set up (no special license) Loaded with dishes, toaster, microwave, kettle, pots, and pans etc. Bring your own linens. Queen bed in the back, queen bed above driver's seat, couch, and dining table turn into beds. Could sleep 8 if children share couch and dining table. Built in generator turns on with the flip of a switch. Large slide for couch and dining room table. Is a well used family motorhome! Full orientation for new RV users! No smoking. No festivals or back country camping.

    After some unfortunate mishaps during the owners personal use we still were able to secure the use the camper. Owner could have canceled the booking due to the damage that occurred but worked with us to make our trip possible. The camper is definitely well used, but you can tell Owner keeps up with his maintenance. Thank you
