It is in excellent condition with updated flooring (luxury vinyl plank), updated horizontal blinds, new awning, clean furniture, TONS of natural light with skylights on the slideout, and two entry doors (great when the kiddos are asleep in the convertible beds).
Have a break from the everyday and take the family on an adventure and make memories of a life time.
Comes with everything you’ll need! Just bring your food, clothes and comfort items – we’ll handle the rest.

- Trailer has two 30lbs propane tanks, 42 gallons fresh water tank, 4 stabilizing jacks, tire blocks, comes with all electrical, water and sewer connections, weight distribution hitch is also included in rental. Brake controller is not provided.
- All dishes, utensils, pots & pans, pour-over coffee maker, toaster, kettle and popcorn maker.

The owners were incredibly kind and accommodating, even driving it all the way down from Nanton. When it wasn’t perfectly level at first, they went above and beyond by packing it up, re-hooking, and re-leveling until everything was just right. The layout worked perfectly for our family, especially with the separate entrance to the master bedroom which gave us extra space with the kids. The trailer did arrive a bit dusty from the gravel roads, as the owners mentioned ahead of time, but a quick wipe-down took care of it and everything else was spotless. The heater, fridge, toilet, and A/C all worked flawlessly.
