Hi there! We invite you to Rent and Enjoy our 2022 GULF STREAM RV KINGSPORT 26BHG! Our Bunkhouse Front Bedroom travel trailer will make all your travel plans exceptional! You will love having a queen-size bed in the front private bedroom when it comes time to rest for the night, and there are also double-size bunks in the back of this trailer for your kids or friends. Unexpected overnight guests can claim the convertible sofa or booth dinette for the night. Once everyone wakes up in the morning, you can feed them with breakfast that has been heated up in the microwave oven or cooked on the three-burner cooktop. Plus, everyone can rinse off in the full bathroom underneath the shower skylight. Throughout the interior is new light maple cabinetry, residential-style master bedroom doors, extensive storage space, and large picture windows to let in natural lighting, as well as offer a beautiful view of your surroundings. It has a large power awning and a 2-zone stereo system (2 speakers inside and 2 speakers outside), connected by Bluetooth to any smart device, so you can enjoy every moment while BBQing or camping. Water heater and Fridge/Freezer work by propane or electricity if hooked up to power. Trailer has two 20lbs propane tanks, 51 gallons freshwater tank, 4 stabilizing jacks, water and sewer connections, weight distribution hitch. PLEASE ensure your tow vehicle is capable of handling approximately 6000-8500lbs (dry weight plus water and all your gear). Dropping back off is required no later than 1:00pm. This allows us time to arrange cleaning, disinfecting, and checking the unit over again for potential new renters the following day. **2 nights minimum except on holiday weekends, and there is a 3-night minimum rental.
