With one slide-out for extra room, this trailer comfortably sleeps up to 6 with a private queen bed, RV twin bunk beds (perfect for kids!), and a pull-out sofa. AIRCONDITIONED! Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, and plenty of storage for your groceries. Includes basic cookware, stovetop coffeemaker, dishes, and utensils Entertainment: Family-friendly DVD collection, books and board games to keep kids entertained indoors or on rainy days. Bathroom: Full bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. Dining Area: Spacious dinette seating perfect for family meals or game time. Outdoor Gear: Comes with an awning for shaded outdoor relaxation and passthrough storage compartments for camping gear. Outdoor mat and chairs available upon request. Safety Features: Equipped with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguisher. First aid kit available. Utilities: Fresh water tank and dual propane tanks will be provided full at the start of your trip. This trailer also comes with a BIKE RACK that can fit two bikes :) Note: all beds come with sheets, but we do not provide blankets and pillows, so please bring your own. The RV must be returned in the same condition as when it was picked up, with cleaning completed prior to return. The included cleaning fee covers vacuuming and mopping the floors only. If the RV is not returned in similar condition, a $125 cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit. Smoking Policy: Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the RV. Violation will result in full forfeiture of the security deposit. Pets: Pets are welcome! Kindly keep pets off beds and furniture to maintain cleanliness.
