Impeccably maintained 3 season, 36 ft triple slideout luxury 5th wheel, with insulation and underfloor heating. Gas range, gas/electric refrigerator 8cu ft, microwave, LED lighting, 10 gallon gas/electric water heater, gas furnace 35000 BTU, roof mounted heat pump/air conditioner, 2x flow through roof mounted fans, ceiling fan, dual 12v batteries, Polar package, full set of electrical connections, (30 amp and 50 amp). Generous heated storage area, lots of cabinet space, inside and outside shower, swivel glider recliner chairs. New (2021) water heater and kitchen sink faucet. New (2023) 12v deep cycle batteries No leaks, we used it in some very heavy rainstorms with no problems. Dry weight is 12,650 lbs GWVR is 16,100 lbs Hitch weight is 2,405 lbs Please note that FALL/WINTER (or whenever the temperature begins to fall below zero degrees C) rentals will have restricted services in the trailer. After September the trailer will be winterized, meaning that the water system is completely drained and disabled. Kitchen and bathroom faucets, inside and outside shower and water heater will not function in winterized condition. The bathroom toilet can be usable provided that special instructions are followed.

A note from the host: Delivery/Pickup times are flexible depending on distance to campsite. Please note that the trailer is only fully operational if your site has, at minimum, a 30 amp electrical power supply. Less than this and the air conditioning/heat pump will not run. If the site does not have any electrical power at all then the trailer will run for a maximum of around 3-4 days using the on-board batteries, depending on the number of lights and other things that you use. The furnace will run using on-board battery power. Also note that whilst using on-board battery power, phones, tablets, laptops cannot be charged, nor will the microwave or the air conditioning work. If your site does not have water be sure to let me know and I will ensure that the trailer is fully topped up before delivery.

The delivery fee will be calculated once you enter the delivery address. This host has a maximum delivery of 400 km.
