The dinette fold out into small bed for small children. Inside is being updated so some pics show incomplete. Very low mileage, 24k miles. Gas engine V10. No towing allowed. Must have RV or equivalent driving experience. Gas must be re-filled at the end of the trip.

Jim was great. Everything went smoothly. He brought it to the camp site on time and set everything up and went over everything with me. Came back and took it down and drove it off. He was a great host. There was never a need to call him with any problems!!
Jim’s RV was perfect for our trip. We loved how much storage space there was. Jim was always available if we had any questions. If you’re going to use the fridge/freezer I’d recommend cooling it a day early because it takes a while to cool down. Everything else worked great for us.
