This 2023 Jayco is brand new with a very clean Farmhouse design - fully stocked for your basic needs. This rig is great for hosting couples as well as families as it including two bunk beds that the kids will love. I welcome long distance travelers and long term renters!

Additional gas will not be provided for the generator beyond the initial full tank. It will be the renters responsibility to bring additional gas. I also offer delivery and pickup within a 50 mile radius. There is NO LIMIT on travel miles.
The trailer is 3,075 lbs dry weight. Tow vehicle must have at least 4,500 lbs tow capacity. To tow you will need a 7-pin round electrical connector. The trailer has electric brakes and a brake control is recommended. TOW HITCH can be provided upon request.
Pease be sure to dump all black and gray water before returning the trailer. I can direct you to a local dump station if you forget to dump at the RV park. The dump station will charge you a fee. If you return the trailer without dumping the black and gray water or if you would like me to dump for you, there will be a charge of $55.
Please DO NOT use household toilet paper - camping toilet paper will be provided. Do not flush any wipes, napkins, paper towels or women's products. ONLY camping toilet paper can be flushed.
NOTE: This trailer is pet friendly, just please don't leave your pets alone in the trailer.
