Very comfortable, very clean, all amenities work, spacious with lots of light. Extra extension cords, extra water hose. TV can play Netflix and all streaming devices. Slide out bike rack on back (max 500lbs). New tires, all maintenance done regularly. Propane fire pit. Road trip BBQ. 16ft small to medium wire dog cage. 20ft Awning and large ground mat, Solar outside night lights, 2 camping chairs, 6-foot plastic table. Coffee maker, toaster, blender. Bedding and towels supplied. Just bring your clothes and food and enjoy your Holiday.
