We accept stationary bookings only—guests are not permitted to tow, move, or relocate the RV at any time. A Three-Night Minimum booking applies. This trailer is ideal for guests who want the comfort and space of a higher-end RV without the responsibility of towing, leveling, hookups, or setup. We take pride in delivering it clean, properly staged, and ready for you to enjoy. Optional add-ons may be available, kitchen essentials, and other convenience items to make your stay even easier. Site Requirements: This is a 40-foot fifth-wheel trailer with three slide-outs. Your site should provide approximately 50 feet long by 20 feet wide of usable space, with a pull-through site preferred for safe delivery and positioning. The pad must be Level to allow proper setup and use of the hydraulic stabilizers. Please confirm your site dimensions, pics if available, access route, and campground or property approval before booking. Full-Service Site Recommended: To enjoy the trailer’s full features and comfort, guests should book a full-service RV site with 50-amp power, water, and sewer hookups. Sites without full hookups may limit use of certain appliances, air conditioning, water supply, and bathroom facilities. House Rules: No smoking, no parties, no unauthorized guests, and respectful use of all equipment is required. Guests are expected to leave the RV in reasonably clean condition at the end of their stay.
