I apologize to our renters who would like to have return rentals to places like Hicks lake. Great family friendly trailer that's easy to use. It has one queen size bed and two bunks with an optional extra sleeping area where the table area converts into a twin bed. It also has an outdoor cooking area, awning, chairs, and all the outdoor pieces needed to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Dishes, cups, utensils, coffee maker, kettle, games, tv, flashlights, bottle openers all included. Literally show up and camp or use it as a guest suite. delivery, setup, and tear down all available. Please note that some items are only available as add ons. Rentals starting in May.
