Ample storage, brand new smart TV (for cozy movie nights with the kids just connect your phone), furnace, AC, electric fireplace, Bathroom with shower, gas stove and oven, microwave, fridge, freezer The kitchen is fully equipped with (cooking utensils, cutlery, dishware, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, cutting boards and a knife block, kitchen towels and much more) - Toilet paper for trip - 4 camping chairs - 1 outdoor rug Outdoor kitchen includes gas cook top, bbq and a mini fridge.
