This is a large 5th wheel trailer and needs a very large space to turn around in and manouver. photos or a desctiption of destination may be requested.
Very roomy 5th wheel with 1 queen in seperate room and 2 double beds in rear bunk room. bathroom located towards the rear. 120v/ propane water heater and a 2 way fridge. Microwave, 3 burner stove and oven. Comes equipped with BBQ/ propane, folding table, 4 outdoor chairs, bullet mixer, coffee grinder, electric and stovetop water kettle. Tons of storage with a closet in the bedroom, cabinets above and lower cubbies. Cieling to floor storage cabinet to use for linens and / or a pantry. Updated flooring, seating and paint. Traiker is 20 years old, It does show its age in some spots and has scuffs and scrapes. All pots and dishes included. Bedding supplied, extra Duvet and other blankets available upon request. Not great for off grid use, as water tank for shower fills fast, 40gal fresh non potable water. I do rent a gen set with battery charger, and other extras. Please contact for details

We had a fantastic time. Tom was a great host and very flexible. Our camping spot was difficult to get to but Tom was patient and professional with the delivery and set up. The trailer met all our families needs and our Holiday was wonderful.

Tom was a great host and very responsive
Tom was a great host and his trailer was perfect for our family of 6. I was impressed by the renovations he made and the queen bunks in the back. He also provided everything we could have needed for our adventure including a fire pit, chairs, linens, and a tent and wagon. The shower worked well and I appreciated the updates faucets in the kitchen and bathroom. Beds were clean and comfortable. He was very friendly and replaced a small part we discovered was missing. He reached the reunion site before us and parked the trailer in the best spot. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Thanks Tom!
