Great travel trailer for families. Very cozy with queen bed and his/her closet. Tv can be installed on either side of the wall making it easily accessible if you want to watch with the whole family or alone in bed. Power awning, power slide out, so everything is made simple and easy to use. You will not regret renting this unit out I promise you. Everything is included with the trailer as if we were taking our family to go camping. Propane fire place, chairs, extra tent, generator etc. Slide out is a very nice addition as it creates room as if you were in your own home, with a couch and nice kitchen table. Lots of walking room in the kitchen as well as counter space for food. There is a hunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single up top. Side and kitchen dinette area can turn into beds as well. This trailer has it all!
