    We had a great experience with our RV rental overall! Wayne was an awesome host and was very communicative, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, we did run into an issue with the air conditioning. Wayne came out the very next day to try to fix it, but the problem turned out to be more complicated and the breaker actually started smoking, so for safety we had to shut the A/C off completely. Since it was the weekend and the places he needed to get the replacement breaker from were closed, we had a couple of extremely hot days without A/C. As soon as Monday came, Wayne picked up the new breaker, came back out and got everything fixed for us. We really appreciated that he kept trying and did everything he could to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Other than the unexpected A/C issue, we really enjoyed the RV and our camping trip. Wayne was fantastic to deal with, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his guests and their experience. Thank you, Wayne!
