Two cozy bunks in the back, queen bed in the front, dinnette slides out to make a nice roomy eating area, also turns into a bed, it has A/C, blue tooth stereo speakers inside and out. Big Fridge and freezer, comes with coffee press, cups, cutlery/utensils pots pans. Comes with 100-watt solar panel. No bedding or pillows (Available add ons) outside three burner grill (add-on). Invertor generator (add-on) to run A/C and charge batterys. (Will come with full tank of gas and a Gerry can, hrs and fuel will be added up at the end of trip and charged out accordingly) $1.50 an hour plus gas by the litere. ****Any rental over 4 days generator will need to be rented especially in heavily treed area's battery's need charging every two three days.Table,chairs, bug tent.*** Renters who are towing and choose for me to empty septic. prepayment will be charged an extra $15 on top of original price. Tow vehicles need to have 7 pin trailer plug and brake controller in working order. (Other wise trailer can NOT leave property) Anderson anti-sway hitch is provided please read up on or watch a video on it before arrival so you understand the basics of it*** please note I will need to know the receiver Height of your truck if any adjustments will need to be made to hitch**** please no pets and no smoking.Thanks so much for your interest in our RV!
