This 2021 trailer with a queen bed and bunk beds is perfect for the whole family to enjoy a weekend in the wilderness! The trailer itself is 21 feet long including the hitch. Easy on 1/2 ton and can be towed with a large SUV. Dry weight is 3,075 lbs and max weight is 3,950 lbs. Queen size bed, 2 bunks in the back and table folds down to a bed. Can sleep 5 but 3-4 is more comfortable. This rental is pet friendly, however must be returned in the condition it was taken in (i.e. all pet hair/mess cleaned up) or additional money may be deducted from your damage deposit. Power awning with LED exterior lighting and outdoor speakers. Storage access from the outside. For optimal convenience, add the bedding & linens add on to have the beds made up for you with comfortable and cozy bedding! Then all you need to bring is your food! Included: Dining and cooking utensils Cleaning supplies Levelling blocks Camp chairs Outdoor table Ground mat Extra: Linens (bedding & towels) - $50 Bring it back full and we empty the grey, black and water tanks for you - $40 Pick up/drop off times to be discussed/arranged around owner's weekday work schedule.
