Rommel was very helpful with all of my many questions. It would have been helpful if there was more info on the profile but like I said, he answered all my questions promptly. The trailer was clean and setup fast. It had almost everything we needed as a family of five except maybe more linens/blankets and towels/dishcloths for the kitchen. The trailer was delivered pretty late in the day but Rommel offered to pay for another day at the campsite for us and lent us the generator free of charge. I highly recommend Rommel and this rv!
