Our drop off time changed by a few hours with Larry but he checked with us first if that was ok, which it was. This is my fourth time renting a trailer in either Canada or the USA. Larry went above and beyond on customer service. We were restricted in size on a unit we could rent for this occassion and Larry's RV fit us perfectly.
