Family friendly travel trailer

Family friendly travel trailer with a full size queen bed (so people 6’ plus can sleep comfortably), double bunk beds, convertible double dinette, full bathroom, and well stocked with almost everything you could need. The unit is clean, in great shape and smoke free. It has a generous awning, one driver-side slide, and comes with dishes, utensils, cookware, coffee maker and filters, grill, propane stove, chairs including kids size, hammock and stand, broom and cleaning supplies, garbage cans and bags, propane, axe, and a trailer weight distribution hitch. We keep it stocked for our own camping so there are generally things like board games, campfire blankets, propane fire pit, marshmallow sticks, coolers, yard games, flashlights, etc. but those aren’t guarantees so bring what you need or ask me ahead of time if you need something specific. I have a dual fuel inverter generator that I can include after we have a discussion about how to use it. You need a suitable tow vehicle with 2” hitch receiver, 7 pin connector, and a trailer brake controller to tow (in addition to a discussion with me about towing abilities). Suggested tow vehicle capacity should be more than 5000lbs to factor weight of water, people and cargo. Generally this means a midsize SUV and up. We can add bedding and towels for an additional fee, but would prefer you brought your own. Can also include a pack and play for littles. I have an on site sani dump and water fill at home, saving you time and the grossest part of a camping trip. RV toilet paper only; other things cause blockages. I do expect the trailer to be returned with the interior floor swept, surfaces wiped, and of course free from damage. Little things break, sh*t happens, but please treat it with respect so we and other families don’t lose out on camping experiences. If something does break please let me know soonest so I can fix or replace as necessary. Large or expensive damages will be taken from deposit but we won’t sweat the little stuff. Propane tanks need to be returned full; if you don’t have the time or ability please let me know ahead of time and we will negotiate a fair rate for me to do it. We have a small mini Australian shepherd dog who frequently camps with us, so you are welcome to bring your well behaved dogs. No cats please - I have an allergy. We have made a lot of fun memories with this trailer and know that it will provide you a safe, fun and enjoyable home away from home!
