Hitch height 24" This tent trailer has amazing features which include, a table extender, L shape couch, 1 mini fan, comfortable mattress, outside shower with hot water access, outdoor grill, awining, etc. Window access all around the trailer so you can enjoy the scenery from all angles. Built in storage for all your extra things. Sleeps 6 (4 adults + 2 kids, or 5x adults) This trailer includes one queen bed and one twin bed on either end of the trailer. The table/bed is for kids or 1 adult; bring sleeping bags and pillows if you plan to use this table/bed. **Non-smoking or Vaping trailer** **No Pets Allowed ** **No Smelly or Greasy Cooking Inside** What’s Included: Full tank of propane bikes are not permitted inside the trailer. (child life jacket included if you add this feature to your booking) One adult kayak is inflatable and the weight capacity is 200lbs (life jacket included if you add this feature to your booking) Departure Information: Prior to trailer departure, we will do a full walk-around and provide operating instructions. A FAQ package is included that outlines everything you may want to use. *Pick Up and Departure Times will be discussed upon booking. You will need to be flexible on the Pick Up and Departure Times due to others who might be renting it before or after you.* If you prefer to tow the trailer, pickup is in Port Coquitlam. You will need a valid driver’s license as well as a vehicle that can tow 5000 lbs GVWR. You must have a 7 pin connector. Trailer Driving Experience is needed. We will provide a 2” hitch. Delivery and set-up are available up to 50 km.
