Regular pickup time: after 2 pm, drop off time: before: 10am extra hours would be $20-30/hour upon season and avalability.
The unit equips with 9 seabelts, two queen size beds on dinning tabel bed and one sofa bed, so it could sleep Max 7-8 but comfort for 4 adults and 2-4 children. Nice for big family!
The layout is nice with seperated lavatory and shower room so would be more convinent to use. Also large space for put lots of luggages and camping stuffs.
Trips in BC, Alberta, USA west coast allowed.
Airport/hotel or home pickup and drop off available with cost depends on distance when I am avaliable.
There are couple things would let the renter know:
1. The generator was damaged and haven’t been fixed so it was deleted in th amenities list
2. The roof air conditioner couldn’t come out cool air although the fan works well but the engine in air conditioner works perfectly Recently I replaced a 6 speeds fan sky window so could make air flow better to take our hot air in extreme hot period.
3. I didn’t put awning in amenities list but it do have awning. I might ask for a special fee for the risk of using damage and also need more time to train the renter.

The RV owner is very reasonable, polite, and honest — truly a person of their word. It was a pleasure to deal with someone so respectful and reliable. I would definitely recommend renting from them.
Good ,spacious and reliable RV. Owner is knowledgeable and helpful. Owner is quick to respond with an questions you have about the vehicle.
We rented this RV for approx. 10 days with our two kids for a trip across BC. The host was very friendly but I feel this does not make up for the discrepancy between the photos and description of the RV vs what is offered on site. Why didn't I make a complaint right from the start? because I'm stranded in BC with my family without options and could not spend time hoping to find something else and our host was out of town and had a friend meeting with us. The pictures online are outdated and while I can handle some esthetic differences due to age and wear/tear, things need to be repaired in this camper. For the money we paid, the owner should be putting some return into his investment. Two windows had damage and/or no screens on them, the shower floor is in need of repair, several drawers/cupboards would open while we were driving, the a/c does not work, limited plugs inside the camper, ceiling vent above master bed broken, axe is broken, no generator limiting cooking abilities when off grid, paid extra for linens and only bedding provided-not one towel provided for a family of 4, several cracked/broken dishes, only one cereal/soup bowl for a family of 4, pots and pans need upgrading. I recognize that the cost of everything has gone up and some tenants are not as kind to this RV as others, but for the $4000+ I paid to rent this RV I expected to see more supplies and more care from the owner. Beds are not comfortable-even the kids complained, dining table cushions need to be replaced due to becoming worn over time. Dining table appeared to have been repainted recently-some white paint got onto our tablet cover. The door to the storage hose for the black tank did not latch properly and after returning the camper, we were told that the hose went missing. I will not be paying to replace this hose as this happened because the camper is in disrepair.
