Jen was great to deal with. Trailer was exactly as advertised.
We had a wonderful experience renting this trailer from Jen! The communication was excellent both before and during the trip, and she was very flexible regarding pickup/drop off times. The AC unit was essential during our hot summer stay, and made it so comfortable for us. Everything was clean, and in good working order. We would absolutely rent from her again next time we’re in the area. Highly recommend!
Jen was pleasant to work with. She was prompt in answering all my questions. The trailer was supplied with everything listed. The only issue we had was in bringing the trailer in the park. Something to do with paperwork involving RVezy. At one point they recommended Jen just turn around and leave us without a trailer. Poor customer service
