It was my first time towing and using a trailer. John was super helpful during the pickup, throughout my trip, as well as when I returned the trailer. I would highly recommend renting with John!

John is THE BEST host ever. I would give him 10 stars if I could. Of course the airstream was beautiful but we were even more taken aback by his generosity and empathy in our unexpected situation. He was so kind, helpful, and accommodating. This guy definitely has your back. I can't wait for our next trip with his airstream again.
