What was awesome was the communication with Dave prior to the rental. He answered all questions and concerns in a timely fashion. In this day and age where customer service seems to be almost no existent Dave went above and beyond. Dave went through the pre trip check with me and my son and that interaction showed he cared about us having a positive experience. With any type of rental things could go wrong, nothing did for us, but I felt reassured Dave would be there if anything did, peace of mind! RV was just what we needed for this trip. Thanks again Dave!!
Our RV trip went exceptionally well. The host was outstanding—very patient, helpful, and supportive throughout the entire process. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!
