    Our experience was challenged with this RV showing heavy signs of wear and tear, with many components falling apart, needing repair, proper tie down or simply not functioning. Had to take the trailer in for a full brake job despite asking specifically, and the host driving the trailer to our house... Host was nice and accommodating with our late arrival due to ferry delays, but there's a lack of attention to details, and communication was difficult during the trip.

    Perfect little camper. Easy to tow and had all the little extras available if needed. Tammy was super friendly and great to communicate with. I had a longer drive home than expected and she was super easy going. Would rent through her again!

    Tammy was very nice and helpful when we picked up the trailer. However she put the sheets on and charged us even though we didn’t select that add on. We had to buy a strap and command hooks because the fridge fell twice while we were driving even though we were not driving aggressive at all. The hot water didn’t work and by the second day the fridge stopped working completely and we had to toss over $50 worth of food. When dropping the trailer off we agreed on a time to meet and messaged her again when we were 30 minutes away like she asked. She didn’t show up and wasn’t answering her phone. We were only able to get in the lot because other people were leaving. We finally got ahold of her husband who gave us the gate code so we could leave because she had fallen asleep and wasn’t going to meet us after all. Overall, the trailer needed a lot of maintenance and there was a lack of communication.
