Other things to note CLEANING POLICY: As per all rentals on Outdoorsy, a mandatory cleaning fee is applied to every rental. This goes towards extra cleaning between rentals by the owner, including keeping the exterior of the trailer clean, deep cleaning of the interior, stocking the unit with cleaning supplies, dish soap, toilet paper & paper towels, etc. All renters are required to clean the trailer and all it’s amenities after use, returning it in the same condition it was picked up. Failure to do so will result in additional cleaning fees being charged. Now go and have some fun . PICK UP & DROP OFF POLICY: In order to run this trailer smoothly and get it cleaned and ready between rentals the trailer needs to be picked up and dropped off at the agreed upon time. Please note that Outdoorsy charges additional fees for late drop offs. Please NO SMOKING permitted inside the trailer. This includes marijuana, tobacco, and vaping. Any smoking in the unit will forfeit your damage deposit. Thank you Dogs allowed 1 med /small dog allowed. PLEASE do not leave dogs locked up alone, inside the camper. Take the dog(s) with you , or leashed up out side. If your dog sheds a lot, please bring them a blanket, and be mindful of the furniture and cushions. Travel restrictions: We like to keep this trailer , while being rented, close to home. So we will NOT ALLOW travel distance BEYOND Osoyoos east direction or 400 kms away in any direction . When renting, it is up to the renter, to get the trailer back to the same pick up location. Failure to do so, will result in loss of security deposit and additional retrieval costs.
