Beautiful Forest River 21 ft Ultralight Travel Trailer

This is a very well equipped trailer for it's size. It has a fold down ( Murphy ) queen sized bed that comes down over the couch which folds flat. The bathroom is nice with a big glassed in shower with a little skylight above it. It is 25 ft overall in length from the tongue to the bumper and is 21 ft long in regards to living space. There is an entertainment centre with a 26 inch LCD TV, a DVD/CD player and a nice sound system including two all weather speakers outside. It has a large microwave, 3 burner gas stove/oven, fridge, freezer, double sink and generous counter space. The dinette folds down into a very nice double bed for the kids. I also installed really nice long privacy curtains that run on a track past both sleeping areas. The kitchen and dinning area feels very roomy with the dinette slide out extended about 4 ft. There is storage space everywhere you look for all of your personal items and camping gear. It requires only a 30 Amp connection at the RV park which can save you some money and if you are off the grid and have an EU2200i Honda generator, it will run the whole trailer including the AC! ( I also provide a 30 amp plug adapter so that you can plug the trailer into regular 110V power and the AC works with that as well.) You can't run everything all at once but that's pretty impressive as they are small, very quiet and really economical on fuel consumption. You also have the added benefit of not alienating the neighbours. I like to run it on a 100 ft extension cord to somewhere out of the way and I can barely hear it running while inside the trailer. The trailer has two large deep cycle 6 volt batteries that provide tons of 12 volt power when not plugged in to keep the lights and the propane fridge running between camping spots. It has two 20lb propane tanks which lasts a very long time during the summer where its used for hot water, the fridge from time to time and the use of the furnace in the morning and the evening. You can also take off and use one tank to run a barbecue without effecting trailer systems that are running. It tracks very straight when towing as the axels are spread farther apart than most other trailers which prevents helps prevent tail wagging. With the empty weight of 4471lbs it is easily towed by a 1/2 ton truck or full sized SUV with the appropriate trailer hitch and seven pole electrical plug. The trailer has been very well loved and cared for. It comes with a Green Leaf mattress topper and four pillows as well as 2 large pots with lids, 1 medium size pot with lid, 1 small pot with lid, 1 large no stick fry pan, a grater, salt and pepper, 2 large plates, cutlery, scissors, bottle opener, hot water kettle, HDMI cable to connect to the TV, remote controls for the TV and entertainment system, a bunch of DVD's, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towel and air freshner. You'll also have 50 ft of RV water hose, a sanitary sewer hose kit with long rubber gloves and bleach spray in a rubber maid. When you get to your camping spot, set up is a breeze with an electric tongue jack, two electric stabilizer/levellers and an electric awning. As well, there is a large storage passthrough compartment at the front, two outdoor waterproof speakers, an outdoor 110V outlet, LED lights for the steps and a LED light bar along the top inside edge of the awning up against the trailer. The outdoor LED lighting makes things safe and fun at night. The 25ft overall size allows you to get into a much greater selection of pads at RV parks and some really nice camping spots at Provincial campground sites and Forestry sites that larger trailers just can't.
