Min 4 nights! January 2021 trailer. Lightweight (3170 lbs) any 6 cyl vehicle will pull it. Factory 100W solar panel with single 12v battery. Battery powers lights, water pump, awning, and the radio. Sleeps 5, 1 queen bed, 2 single bunks, and single bed/dinette. Small 2-way fridge lp gas/110v. The trailer has dual 20lb propane tanks. Propane powers, stovetop, fridge, and water heater. No generator available. No bedding or kitchenware provided. Non-smoking trailer (otherwise, subject to security deposit loss). No pets. Must return sewage empty (black/gray water tanks) (optional prepayment fee $45 for drainage). The freshwater tank can be prefilled upon request. The trailer would be available for rent when not used by the owner. Please have a driver's license and tow vehicle insurance available during pickup.
