Non-smoking trailer (otherwise, subject to security deposit loss). No pets. Must return sewage empty (black/gray water tanks) (optional prepayment fee $45 for drainage). The freshwater tank can be prefilled upon request. The trailer would be available for rent when not used by the owner. Please have a driver's license and tow vehicle insurance available during pickup.
