This is a 18ft trailer, Cozy and Spacious. For a family of 6 with 4 kids and 2 adults you’ll find your self with enough room to stretch and relax. It’s also great for 4 adults. With extra space and a great sizes bathroom and kitchen. This RV has a queen size bed, the dining table comes down to a twin bed. The pull out couch turns into a full size bed. We offer clean sheets, pillows, for all beds in the unit. A Coffee Bar with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, sugar, creamer, and 5 mugs. A small toaster for your morning breakfast. Toilet paper, and paper towels. It carries a 40 gallon tank of clean water, with 30 and 30 empty tanks of black and gray tanks. Always remember to be mindful of the water.
