Unlike many travel trailers, this trailer has a King size bed, not the Standard Queen. The Kitchen sink also has a top cover for additional counter space to utilize. You will enjoy having the high rise faucet. Outside kitchen includes grill, mini fridge and cupboard for spices. This trailer has lots of LED lights and windows to get that natural lighting! Paper towels and 4 rolls of toilet paper included at no extra charge. Fresh linens for master bed and pillows for bunk house. Two bath towels, two wash cloths and one hand towel. We also include a Keurig coffee maker, a toaster, common spices for cooking, and s’mores sticks. We also include shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Available 24/7 to assist with any questions. Open line of communication. A dumping fee of $60 will be added to the trip. NO SMOKING. A charge of $500 will be taken out of deposit if any sign of smoking. Toilet paper flushed will result in $150 fee from deposit. Please wash all your dirty dishes, wipe all counters, sweep and mop floors. Clean outside grill if used. Take out all trash from your stay before returning. Failure to do so will result in $100 fee from deposit. Signs of pet damage, stains or smells will be a charge of $350 and will be taken out of deposit. No pets
