It has a queen size master bed, Full Size Bunkbeds, dining table and sofa also convert into beds, for a total of 5 beds. Also has a 42'' tv with dvd player, Roku stick offering Hulu, Netflix, & Disney+ you just need your hotspot or other traveling internet. Includes: Heater, Roof AC Inside/Outside Speakers Full Bathroom Refrigerator/Freezer Microwave, Stove Top/Oven, Smoke Detector, Fire Extinguisher, Emergency Breakaway Switch, Safety Chains, first aid kit, Bluetooth radio, Leveling Jacks, Inside/Outside Lighting, Electric Awning, farStocked with Cooking Essentials -including silverware, bowls, plates, cups, pots, pans, cooking utensils, baking pm Sink, Front/Rear Storage, Outside Shower, Predator 3500 watt generator with full tank of fuel. Renter must provide their own gas and gas can if additional fuel is needed. Dual 30 Pound Propane Tanks The Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) is 5936lbs. If towing you MUST HAVE TRAILER BRAKES, and your vehicle must be rated to tow this weight and have a 7 pin connector, and a electronic trailer brake controller as mandated by California State Law.
