*all trips over 300 miles must be pre approved prior to renting as well as any festivals which will incur an extra charge This converted mini school bus Skoolie is a top of the line Chevy Express mini bus with everything you would get in a 5 star hotel! Indoor shower, indoor toile (#1 only and no TP) sink, hot water tank, full size bed, pop up rooftop tent sleeps additional 2 people, solar powered, extra batteries, no need to plug in, wood flooring and ceiling, insulated, refrigerator, TV, everything is custom made by us! Quiet gas engine low mileage! Great on gas! Single wheel not a dual wheel so very easy to drive! Like a small UHaul:) regular drivers license is perfect, no cdl needed! Brand new All weather tires, *Seats & Sleeps 7 (2) comfortably in the pull out custom Queen bed in the bus and up to (4) in the pop up roof tent added portable children's crib available. There are 4 seatbelts in the back pull out couch, 1 in the back passenger seat, and 2 up front for the front passenger and driver. Vacation Ready! * Hot Shower built inside and compost toilet. Meaning #1 only no TP NO #2! You will lose your deposit if anything other than urine is found. We also include a portable toilet and a portable pop up tent to make it even easier! *Couch that folds out to a bed with 4 seat belts for people to sit while driving! *Power Everything, Solar Roof Panels, LED ceiling lights with light switch, 2 battery packs, Backup Camera, A/C ,Heat , Maxair fan, Interior LED Lighting, Etc. *Includes very comfortable mattresses in both the tent and the custom bed *Plenty of storage for all of your gear. Under bed storage, wardrobe cabinet, pop up tent storage. *Kitchen with with sink & stove, top of the line cooler lasts up to 3 days! *Plz bring your own ice packs. Includes utensils/flatware, pots/pans everything you need to make a meal. Includes a full propane tank and hot water tank for hot showers! * Roof Rack with 2 Ladders, pop up roof top tent, storage for luggage. * Max-Air Fan and Ventilation *important rules to note: *Pick up and drop off time varies and are somewhat flexible. Please contact us for the time available prior to picking up and returning. *Whatever time you pick the bus is around the time it is due back just like a rental car. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule but we do have jobs so we have to go off of our schedule as well. Each hour over is $25 per hour or a flat half day rate of $125. *separate pet fee of $125 will be added to your final bill plus any damages caused by the pet . *If you go through a toll our Toll pass will be activated and you will have to pay the tolls upon returning the vehicle. If any tickets have been issued please let us know asap. If you do not let us know and we receive a ticket in your name at a later date we will contact you to pay that asap plus any fees incurred. -Please return the bus with the same amount of gas as you rented it with. You will be charged $125 for a full tank of regular gas if it is returned empty. Regular gas only . -All dishes and kitchenware must be cleaned and all trash must be removed as well as emptying your grey water tank and filling up the fresh water tank before returning the bus back to us. There will be a $50 charge for this if not. -There is one key for the bus. If you lose it you will be charged a $275 lost key replacement. -NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND is allowed. If there is a sign of smoking in the van or within 10 feet of the van you will lose your full deposit -PET RULE: Dogs only no cats due to asthma! Dogs must be pre approved by owner. You will lose your full deposit if we did not approve of the dog prior to renting and if we find any pet damage or accidents in the van. Separate pet fee is $125 charged at the end of the rental. If any damage is caused by the pet you will be fully responsible for those costs. -Repair fee: If any part of the van inside or outside is damaged in any way the renter will be 100% responsible for all damage plus a $100 convenience fee will be added to the repair bill. We video and photograph the bus condition prior to you picking it up showing it there is any prior damage. -solar info: please do not plug anything in over 100 watts as our solar panels power the entire bus and aren’t meant to power large appliances such as a toaster or coffee pot etc. you can plug in cell & laptop chargers but anything else plz use the included extension cord and plug in at your campsite. You will be fully responsible if the electric system gets blown out. -Toilet Rule: only urine no waste and no Toilet Paper whatsoever you will lose your full deposit if anything other than #1 is found *We as the owner assume no responsibility to any injuries to our renter This is our beloved School Bus that we custom built with lots of love and care.
