The owner stayed in contact during the trip, helped answer questions as much as possible. The car was in good condition in general.
The rental process was smooth and seamless. The van is new and in generally good shape and met our needs and expectations for 25 days of traveling to the National Parks in the southwest. The only issue was that the foldout table was broken off by the previous renters and had not been repaired. We managed fine without the table, but it would have been nice to have at times.
