We have the pleasure of offering you our 2022 Heartland Pioneer BH270 for your next getaway! It is a spacious non smoking travel trailer that is 32.5" in length. It has one slide out on the driver side. Comes with a queen sized bed and a double bunk over double bed. Sleeps 6-8. Has a 3 burner stove with oven 16". Microwave, TV, Fridge/Freezer. Radio AM/FM and Audio that can be played by BT, Aux and USB.

This is a non smoking rental, any signs of smoking within the rental will void your deposit.
Dumping of black and grey water is a must after every trip.
Rental must be returned in the same clean condition given.

Had a wonderful camping trip
One the best RV rentals our family has had. We had an issue where we rented a spot and didn’t have power. The owners stayed and made sure my daughter and I were ok and later checked in with us. The extra supplies were nice. We will be renting this RV again.
