***AUG. 25 - SEPT. 6 - PLEASE CONTACT ME FIRST, BEFORE BOOKING BURNING MAN DATES BETWEEN AUG 25 - SEPT 6**** ** BURNING MAN FEE IS $8000 + PLUS RENTAL DAYS, INSURANCE, SECURITY DEPOSIT, ETC.***SEE ADD-ONS SECTION ----WE HAVE SECURED PARKING FOR YOUR VEHICLE ON OUR PROPERTY --- • This Forest River SUNSEEKER 2500TS Class C RV has cherry wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, upgraded brushed nickel faucets and LED light fixtures, and the Pumice counters interior package. • This RV has a very desirable floor plan with 3 slide outs, a U shaped dinette, rear bedroom with queen sized bed, reading lights on both sides, double door closet, 6 drawers, and TV. The bathroom has a vanity with 3 lower drawers and a cabinet, mirror with cabinet, door that closes off toilet and shower, and privacy doors on either side of the bathroom area. The kitchen has a double sink, extended counter that folds up and down. Three burner stove top, oven, microwave, hood, mid sized refrigerator and freezer, lots of drawers, and cabinets, and a large TV in the main cabin, and also a smaller TV in the master bedroom. The two front bucket seats turn around to provide more seating in the main living space if desired. The exterior has a shower, speaker, 18' awning, tow receiver, and plenty of storage space. The heating and air conditioning is ducted thoughout. It has an Cummings Onan 4000 generator and arctic package to keep you toasty on those chilly wilderness nights! Upon Return: - Fuel tank (unleaded): $125 re-fill charge + cost of unleaded fuel - Propane: $25 re-fill charge + cost of propane - Generator: 4hr allowance/night + $4/hr for overage time - Grey/Black tanks: Please empty tanks before returning RV, $250 fee if not dumped - Cleaning fee: $250 min if not returned clean, based on condition and any excessive cleaning required - Any tire damage or objects in tires - $250 per damaged tire - Please do not keep the RV past the Rental period (2pm on the last day of your trip) - Late fee is $250 - Return all keys in good condition - Responsible for any damages not covered by Renters Insurance To make the most of your summer adventure (May - Sept), we've established a 4-night minimum for our RV rentals. Here’s a little tip for a smoother experience: consider booking an extra day at the start and end of your trip for preparation and winding down. Rushing to pack and then clean on a compact 3-night rental can dampen your holiday spirit. Instead, why not pick up the RV at 11 am the day before you set out? That way, you can load up leisurely, remembering those last-minute items over a good night's sleep. Similarly, the post-trip rush to clean, refuel, and return the RV by 2 pm on your last day can be a hassle. How about granting yourself an additional day after your trip to unpack and unwind? Then, you can return the RV refreshed the next day. These suggestions come from our experience with hundreds of rentals. Adding a day on each end can transform your trip from good to great!
