The guest room with a sliding door for privacy is accommodating with 2 bunks and a dinette that converts into an additional bunk size bed, totaling 3 beds in this bedroom, plus closet and cabinet space. The spacious kitchen dinette converts into another bed, similar to an RV queen, and the living room fold-out sofa converts into yet another bed! The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer, 3 burner stove with hood lighting and ventilation, oven, large sink with residential style faucet, microwave, and plenty of countertop and cabinet and pantry space. The bathroom is outfitted with a counter and underside shelf, under-sink space, full-size medicine cabinet with mirror, shower with Oxygenics shower head and tub with a frosted overhead skylight for natural lighting with privacy, foot flush toilet, and a plush bath rug. For creature comforts the trailer is outfitted with a 15,000 BTU air conditioning unit for those warm days, and a furnace for when mother nature puts out a little chill. Either way, you will find that perfect comfort level for you and your family and friends! The interior is equipped with plenty of lighting that you can individually control depending on the living space you're in, plus an accent lighting strip that runs the full length of the slide out, tucked neatly behind the kitchen/dining/living area crown trim for a warm lighting effect. The living room, with the mentioned sofa, is also appointed with a 40" ultra high-definition TV, and with Verizon 4G/5G Wi-Fi at no extra charge you will enjoy the option of watching Disney+, Netflix, YouTube, TikTok, and more on the TV or having internet on your devices. Take advantage of the built in living room sound bar with USB and Bluetooth connectivity to play your favorite tunes or create a theater experience. Enjoy the ability of playing your favorite music at the interior of the trailer only, exterior of the trailer only, or both zones simultaneously. The master bedroom, with a traditional style door for privacy, boasts a plush RV queen size bed, 2 separate closets each with a shelf, hanger rod, collapsible storage, and a mirror on each closet door. Above the bed you will find two additional cabinet areas for additional storage and convenient under-cabinet lighting within reach of the sleeping area. The bedside nightstand areas each come equipped with standard outlets and USB outlets to charge your favorite portables. At the foot of the bed you will find storage tucked neatly away to shelve your shoes or other small items. For the outdoor cook you'll find a kitchen outside at the rear of the trailer. The kitchen is equipped with a BBQ grill that is attached to the rear bumper and swings around to the kitchen area when in use and swings away back to the bumper when not in use. There is plenty of countertop space, cabinets and drawers, sink, refrigerator, paper towels, and BBQ utensils to include tongs, spatula, basting brush, BBQ fork, and a cleaning brush are included for your use! Other exterior features include an outdoor shower, 18 foot awning, awning lighting, entry step lighting, convenient entry door keyless code entry, and an available propane fire pit (some parks don’t allow wood fires). Other included items are toilet paper, paper towels, eating utensils, cookware, cooking utensils, cups, coffee mugs, plates, and Keurig coffee pods. A lot of what we include are charged as extras elsewhere but we want to make your experience as enjoyable as possible. By putting ourselves in your place we would want to have hotel amenities but have the camper experience and enjoy all the inclusions, so why not allow you to enjoy the same! The trailer is deep cleaned and sanitized after each use for your health and safety. With delivery you will get set up to include trailer leveling, wheel chocking and stabilization, trailer stabilization, sewer hose connection, fresh water connection with water filter, power connection with surge protector to protect your valuable electronics while plugged into the trailer’s power, propane hose connection for the exterior grill, and a walk-through to familiarize yourself with the trailers features and functions. MONTHLY RATES: Looking for a more permanent stay and want to rent monthly? Give us a delivery location and we’ll get it delivered! Maybe a family member’s or friend’s lot? Extended camp stay? Extended visit from out of town? We got you covered! Best part, no traditional lease or home rental obligations! When you’re done with the rental just let us know and we’ll come pick up the trailer! Long term (over 1 month) rental deposits are $1,000 and are 100% refundable upon rental completion, less any damages. Please note, you will have to have at a minimum, a sewer connection or sewer dump service for long term stays. We do not provide mobile waste dump servicing, but we can recommend services who will come to your location for waste water dumping, which they will provide at their current rates. An electric connection is optional if you will be running a generator, but a traditional “shore power”electric connection is recommended for convenience and cost. A water connection is also optional, if you have the ability to get water to your location, e.g., portable water tanks, otherwise a traditional water connection is also recommended for convenience. For dry camping we offer one tank fill. We do not offer refill services, but we can recommend services who will come to your location to provide a refill at their current rate. IMPORTANT NOTICES: Trailer cleaning: Please return the trailer in the same clean condition as you revived it, although we don’t expect it to be as deeply cleaned and sanitized as we are able to when the trailer is back at our base station. The mandatory cleaning fee is designed to cover our time and cost to get the trailer back to that deep cleaned, sanitized condition. If the trailer is returned excessively dirty with trash, food stains, cooking grease, bathroom related stains, or other conditions we deem unreasonable, there will be an additional cleaning fee removed from the deposit. Smoking: There is no smoking whatsoever in the trailer, to include cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, or any drugs or other substances. If it is determined that the trailer was smoked in there will be a $500 fee removed from the deposit. A thermal fogging process must be professionally completed to remediate the smoke odor, as smoke bonds itself to walls, carpet, bedding, textiles, and even gets into the walls, vents, cabinetry and more, and can cause allergies. Thermal fogging will also get into those surfaces and nooks and crannies to remediate that smoke odor and leave the trailer clean and odor free. This is not a cheap process, and the fee, if so charged, is designed to cover that professional service. Photos: Please take photos of the trailer in the condition you receive it in, to include how it is set up outside. Also, take photos upon your departure. Take photos of the interior, exterior, the items within the trailer, such as linens, pillows and bedding, TV’s and other electronics, any existing damage (which will be noted in the app during the departure inspection), generator and fuel tanks if included, propane tanks and their level, interior and exterior kitchens and provisions, as this will help both parties in the event there are any damage or theft claims, or post-rental fees charged. Delivery/pick-up: Although we charge a delivery/pick-up fee, we do reserve the right to determine if a delivery location is safe and suitable for the trailer. Please provide an exact delivery location during the rental process. An example would be- “Paradise by the Sea campground in Oceanside,” versus letting us know the trailer will be delivered to Oceanside. This also allows us to accurately calculate the delivery distance and travel time estimates to get the trailer to you on your desired schedule. We are flexible with delivery and pick-up times; however, we may also have other deliveries/pick-ups or other matters scheduled, so we reserve the discretion on the ability to meet delivery/pick-up time requests. With respect to campground or RV park check-in/check-out times, we generally adhere to the campground/RV Park requirements (some campgrounds/RV parks will allow early/late delivery/pick-ups per your request). Service trips: In the event you need servicing, including but not limited to, portable waste tank replacement/haul away, water delivery/refill, propane tank replacement, fresh linens/towels, or any other requested services or repairs/item replacements beyond normal wear and tear use, will generate a minimum service fee of $75, plus delivery surcharge (distance based), and any other applicable fees. We reserve the discretion of the response day/time, dependent on scheduling, type of service needed, availability of parts, technician availability, distance, and any other logistics as it relates to the service needed. Delayed trip or early departure: If you’re delayed and you’re not able to arrive on the scheduled delivery day or time, please let us know as early as possible. This allows us to determine if it would be prudent to deliver on your actual arrival date/time- for instance, desert deliveries, or other locations where the trailer will be isolated to an open area with no supervision or other campers in the vicinity to keep watch. If you’re leaving earlier than your scheduled departure time or day, please let us know as early as possible, so that we are aware of the option to pick up the trailer earlier than scheduled. This assures there is no time gap, wherein the trailer is left unattended or vulnerable to break-ins, theft, etcetera. It should be noted, we are not bound to pick up the trailer earlier than the booked departure date and time, therefore the renter will be responsible for the trailer, it’s contents, add-ons (e.g., generator and fuel tanks) up to the booked departure date and time as indicated in the online booking, or for as long as the renter is in possession of the trailer if in possession past the booked date/time.
