Beach or Orange County trip planned?! We deliver, setup, and pickup! Save on the delivery fee and campsite fees by using our site on private land if you cannot find a local campsite. Bring the whole family to enjoy this barely used, *fully* outfitted, spacious trailer that sleeps 6 comfortably, 10 maxed out. All you have to do is show up! We provide full, "real" kitchen setup with all accessories, pots, pans, dishes you could need, paper goods, bedding, towels, chairs, lights, fans, and so much more. We love adventures with this trailer and know you will too. Flat delivery fee for renting in Orange County. We have access to one glamping spot in South Orange County (~8 min from I-5, 20 min to beach). Ask us if interested in this option. Make this your destination or base camp for exploring. One of our favorite features of this layout is the door to the kids room, and the double-doors to the master bedroom on the opposite end of the trailer. This allows for space to plan the next day's adventures, get some remote work done, catch up on your favorite shows, and be together glamping while also having a little space apart :) Spread out with: * Queen master bedroom in front * Kids room with dual bunkbeds (a total of 4 twins) at rear of trailer * Couch folds out and the Dinette folds down, revealing two additional full-sized sleeping options We already brought everything and the kitchen sink, so you don’t have to. Fully outfitted kitchen with dishes, kitchen utensils (that actually work), cookware, mixing bowls with lids, coffee and tea accoutrements: pour-over, French press and electric whisk, linens for kitchen, bathroom and beach towels, and full bedding sets (please specify # of beds being used). The stovetop, microwave and oven make meals a cinch. Kitchen boasts a large sink and regular faucet to make life easier. Pantry and storage throughout ensure you’ll have room to make yourself at home. Has full slide-out, awning, indoor & outdoor speakers, bluetooth music setup, tv, dvd player (and selection of DVDs), games and cards, small camp bbq (with 2 small propane cannisters), (4) camp chairs, box fan, and more. Our goal is to get you out with your people, exploring and making memories. Life’s too short not to! Other Details: 43 gallon freshwater tank - will be filled for use 2 full 20 pound propane bottles included Comes with starter pack of paper goods. Additional can be added for a fee. What is your camping destination? Please provide your reserved site number so that we can verify the trailer will fit. If you have questions - ask! 2. Are there power and/or water hook-ups at your destination? 3. How many people will occupy the trailer? (# of Adults? # of Children and of what general age range? This helps us baby/kid proof where we can.) 4. Upon confirmation, please let us know your general schedule in terms of when you would like the trailer setup at your campsite, and picked up. Rules * If you are planning dry camping, generator rental is required (batteries cannot sustain all needs). * Absolutely no smoking, vaping, marijuana or drug use in trailer. If that's your thing, this is not the trailer for you. * No off-road camping like Burning Man, deserts, Ocotillo Wells, etc. * Verified account ID is required.
