2021 Forest River Grey Wolf Bunkhouse - *PET FRIENDLY

This beautiful camper is our new to us family camper and we want to share it with you! Appropriately named, by our son, The Megalodon! This Mega sized camper has plenty of room for all. After years of renting campers we decided to purchase our own camper and share it with others. With a full queen bed, bunk beds, a small sofa that converts to a bed AND table that convert easily to bed, you can take the whole family camping! (Camper specs says sleeps 10 but we think 8 would be a tight fit) Cozy up to the fireplace and make a nice dinner with the full kitchen. Bring your furry friend and be sure they are secure with the exterior "Leash Latch". Get the kids off screens and outside to explore, as there are no TV’s. Make s’mores over your campsite fire and listen to your favorite tunes with the outdoor speakers. Additional features include: 2 exterior hand held showers with hot and cold water, a large awning that features a exterior blue light to reduce attracting bugs, fun interior blue light trim, exterior refrigerator and so many more items! A 30amp service allows you to plug in at the campsite and not have to worry about a thing! There is a solar panel but it is not capable of running much more than the lights for a day, so hookups or a generator are needed. If you are camping without hookups, the generator will be required and included at $25/day. This camper is just over a year old and like new. It has so many luxury items to make your camping experience wonderful! The camper is modestly stocked with plates/cups/utensils and cookware such as pots and pans. Sheets are on the bunks and queen bed. We have included exterior mats and entry floor mats to help keep the place clean, hand towels, cleaning items and RV toilet paper. *ONLY flush the RV toilet paper provided and human waste - NO paper or wipes of any kind, or fees apply!! There is also a variety of games and cards for family fun all night long! Additional items available if needed, just ask! We love camping in Julian when it's not freezing, or going to Agua Caliente to relax with no service and natural hot springs, or even just the local beach, KOA or Lake Jennings! Length is just over 31' and GVW is 7,799 lbs., so you do want to make sure your campsite will accommodate the length and a slide out. We do require an adequate vehicle and experience to tow. It will come with the weight distribution and anti-sway bars but you must have a brake controller. Or if you don’t want to worry about towing it, leave it to us to do it for you! We can tow within a 30 mile radius for $150. If you would like it towed further, please message for a quote. Please note! You are responsible for confirming your destination allows delivery of a camper! Not all places do, such at Santee Lakes and State Beach Campgrounds from what we have been told. It is your responsibility to make sure your campground will have appropriate hookups (30amp electrical, water & sewer), or make other arrangements in advance. If you do not have sewer hookups and any of the tanks are over full on return, there will be an additional $150 fee. Pets are welcome with approval, but please be mindful of the leather couch! No smoking! Festivals with prior permission only! This is our personal camper and may have some personal items in it such as spices or other food items in the pantry. You are free to use anything in the camper, we just ask that you please take care of the camper as if it were your own and return it as clean as you received it. Please be sure to remove all trash, dump the tanks if applicable, sweep or vacuum the floors, mop if necessary, clean and put away any dishes, and wipe down surfaces before returning. Don’t forget to wipe out the refrigerator, microwave and stove if used! All cleaning items are included in the camper. If it is returned dirty, a cleaning charge of $175 will apply. If you need to have the tanks dumped after your rental with delivery, please let us know in advance and we will do it for you for $50. *If the camper is returned with tanks not dumped, and without arranging in advance, there will be a charge. It you ever notice something that needs to be taken care of or replenished, please let us know! Please keep in mind that we are not a large RV rental company, we are just a family sharing our camper with you for your enjoyment. :)
