Great motor home! Big enough but not too big to drive and find parking. I have used it a handful of times. Everything works and has been checked. Storage is at my house. Very Reliable RV bumps and shakes when driving but very smooth.

We rented Ian’s 2020 Jayco RedHawk for our Thanksgiving camping trip, and wow—what a ride! We’re normally backpackers and car campers, so going full RV felt like stepping into the “luxury wilderness” world for the first time. We chose it because we were camping in winter and bringing a first-time camper, a baby, and some elderly family members… and honestly, this RV made the whole trip a breeze.
At first, the 30-foot size looked intimidating, like we were about to pilot a small yacht. But once we got rolling, it drove like a big, comfy van. We took it all the way up to Big Sur and it handled those windy cliffside roads like a champ—great power on the uphill, and solid brakes on the downhill.
Inside, the storage is insane (in the best way). We packed winter gear, baby gear, food, and all the random “just in case” stuff… and still had room. Sleeping was super comfortable: two large beds and two smaller ones that worked perfectly for our group.
Unlimited miles? Huge win. Flexible pickup and drop-off? Even better. And Ian was awesome—he walked us through everything in about 20 minutes, the RV was in great condition, and his communication the whole time was fast and easy.
Overall, 10/10 experience. We highly recommend renting this RV from Ian, and we’d absolutely rent from him again!
The RV was as advertised and any questions we had during the trip were quickly responded to. We found the refrigerator worked best on the propane setting. On the trip to Montana we
Stayed at numerous places including Fishing Bridge RV Camp in Yellowstone and Lava Hot Springs KOA in Idaho. We had a beautiful spot right on the Virgin River.
