This ship can accommodate 6 adults comfortably or 8 if dealing with small children (two children per bunk bed) **Please message before booking if unsure about the following pick up and drop off times** Pick-ups/Drop-off Options: Option 1: Individuals that are savvy with a travel trailer/RVs may pick up and drop off at any time with advance coordination with host. Option 2: Individuals that may need assistance/walk-though of the RV. *Sunday and Monday at any time with prior coordination. *Tuesday through Thursday to include Saturday after 3:30pm *Friday I am unavailable Se Habla Español Before renting, ensure your vehicle will be able to tow the trailer safely. **Warning** An SUV may not be enough to tow this trailer due to its length and weight. It is best if you have or rent a truck. https://www.rv.campingworld.com/towguide Dutchman's amenities: +Ice-cold A/C +Gas furnace +Electric fireplace +Microwave oven +3-pilot stove with oven +Refrigerator with freezer +28" smart flat screen, with Netflix and Disney + apps already downloaded +Radio that is Bluetooth capable which is hooked up to two internal and two external speakers. +Outdoor shower to rinse feet. +Awning with LED lights +Back door leading straight into restroom. +First-Aid kit Included with rental: +2 propane tanks topped off. + 5 foldable lawn chairs + Water tank filled (unless otherwise stated that it needs to be empty) + Kitchen stocked with basic cooking essentials i.e.., pots, pans, silverware, plates, bowls, cooking utensils. +Everything you need to hook up at a RV park i.e., sewage hose, water hose with filter, surge protector. +Linen, pillows and light weight blankets +5 bath towels +Toilet paper and some small trash bags for kitchen waste basket. + Broom w/ dustpan and a Swiffer Sweeper w/ wet pads +Towing system that includes 2-5/16in hitch and weight distribution bars. (Upon request) Add-Ons: +Gas generator, 3500 watt ($30/night with unlimited hours) +Dumping of grey and black tanks ($30 fee) +Cleaning service for when you just don't want to clean the RV before dropping off. ($100 fee) NOTE: All add-ons MUST be paid for during booking, otherwise it will be taken out of the deposit. Before returning: Please return the trailer in the condition you took it, or you'll be charged a cleaning fee of $200 if it is brought back unreasonably dirty. (Unreasonably = A poor or no attempt of actually cleaning the RV) If you have any questions about the cleaning fee please message me for better clarification. Please dump both black and grey tanks.
