It is like a studio apartment that has a partition hanging door between main bedroom and the other half of the trailer. Toy haulers garages make it easy access for wheel chairs. This can sleep six. The main bedroom, two tables or two twin beds and a queen loft with privacy curtain. In the desert, it stays cooler by my experience than other type trailers. Some trailers turn into hot boxes, less efficient air conditioning. So this Weekend Warrior stays cooler and more efficient at keeping cool during the warmer months of the year. During the winter, when no heat used, it will freeze a bowl of water inside the trailer, tried it out. This trailer is better in wind conditions and less likely to sink if given extreme rain conditions. It was tested out in 24 hour rain record breaking conditions over 4 inches of rain and did not sink in the desert sand as another trailer sank about 5 inches. This trailer has a homey feel even with its back garage, toy hauler below the loft. It is very comfortable and pleasant. I have it set up with two batteries, using one at a time and a 10 watt solar panel to charge the batteries, so you will always have the generator as it is battery start. I have used as a more efficient set up. A separate propane generator for a Magic Chef extra refrigerator and a ceramic space heater for comfort warmth during winter instead of running the Onan 5500 generator. The Weekend Warroir is enjoyable.
