This 5th Wheel has everything you need to be comfortable on extended trips, tons of storage, sound systems inside and outside, electric heat producing fire place, and large super efficient fridge and freezer are just the beginning of what this trailer has to offer. FLOOR-PLAN: • It has literally TWO (2) bedrooms. • The main private room at the front, has a walk-around real queen size bed measurements, solid door, his/her night table and a large closet. • The dinette also becomes another bed, I would say is a single size and short (ideal for a small child or two) • At the very back it has a full size bed and a loft great for kids. • Rear room also has a cabinet with storage. It also has a tall closet to put your clothes. • Also included an exterior kitchen compartment that has a mini-fridge and a propane tabletop griddle. • (2) 30 lb. LP tanks (Only 1 30lb. tank included if second tank is needed we charge $60) • (2) Air conditioning units • 30K BTU furnace Kitchen utensils include: 4x small spoons 4x dinner spoons 4x small forks 4x dinner forks 4x dinner knifes 4x steak knifes 1 Can opener 1 Wine opener -Cooking Utensils 1 Solid Spoon 1 Slotted Spoon 1 Solid Turner 1 Slotted Turner 1 Tong 1 Scissor YOUR CAMPSITE MUST: • Accommodate a minimum of 39’ long trailer with slide outs at the trailer’s driver side • That the utilities/hookups (sewer, water, and electricity) TRAILER’S hookups are on its driver side. •50A electric plug in •30A only can use 1 AC unit If your site is a pull through, it doesn’t matter where the hookups are located since, we can come in at either direction to make it work. If the hookups are in the wrong side of the campsite, we do NOT have the equipment to flip the trailer around. *Our standard booking is a 3-day minimum, a fee will be charged to accommodate a 2-night booking.
